- Ordinary, planned and extraordinary maintenance: complete inspection to avoid machine downtimes and the possible components break;
- Original spare parts supply, returns and fixing service;
- Service contract for the machine maintenance aimed to keep: the machine in safety conditions through the functional controls of the safety devices; the production efficiency by checking the components status and adjusting the parameters. These activities allow to prevent downtimes with consequent delays, extra costs and possible delivery penalties;
- Calibration: instruments calibration on the machine board;
- Temperature Uniformity Survey (TUS);
- Existing autoclaves Revamping and Retrofit: aimed to extend the machine life through the replacement of obsolete operative components, allowing a quick new generation spare parts supply and a fast assistance in case of downtimes;
- Remote assistance: for a remote technical support;
- Interconnection to the management software for the Industry 4.0, allowing the direct download of the cure cycles in the company server. Maroso autoclaves, thanks to the possibility of interconnection in the Industry 4.0, allow to create an advanced factory that goes beyond the normal factory limits;
- Customer and operators’ training during the autoclave start-up;
- Technical support during the first production period;
- Beginning project consultancy: comprehension of the customer specific technical requirements, in order to conceive a custom-made autoclave since the smaller details. Maroso technical staff follows the customer from the consultancy and design phase to the after-sale.
- Risks assessment and safety requirements: existing plants and machines risks analysis and check of their conformity in compliance with the laws and company safety rules.
- Maintenance offered as post-installation service or on the existing plants. The maintenance could be planned, programmed or corrective, aimed to reduce the risk of system downtimes and to guarantee its efficiency in the long term;
- General Contractor: Maroso in some cases could act as “general contractor”, becoming a sole responsible that builds structural and systems works, taking on the whole, or part, of the construction project responsibility. This condition allows the company to satisfy the entire cycle, from the design to the construction phase;
- Preliminary and executive design: in order to estimate the energy needs and the operational conditions, within which the system will work, respecting both the contractual terms and costs;
- System retrofit: restoration of the initial conditions of an existing plant and its energy efficiency;
- System management by a third-party responsible;
- Remote control: remote management, monitoring, turning on and turning off of the systems;
- Forced air systems cleaning, disinfection and sanitation: carried out with the use of sanitizers and disinfectant certified as medical device;
- Continuous sanitation with dedicated devices installed on ducts, fan-coils, Air Handling Unit or a stand-alone for any kind of space;
- To bring existing installations into compliance;
- Procedures for the gas and electrical connections to the public network;
- Check of the existing systems efficiency, research of broken parts, analysis and optimization;
- Systems water characteristics analysis, check of legionella, metals, bacteria and fungi values presence;
- Energy requalification.
